Interdisciplinary research

The participating disciplines are architecture, facilities mangement, product design and science and technology studies. This combines expertise that covers the  knowledge needed to understand, design, evaluate, and successfully implement factors that increase the match between intended and achieved energy performance. We claim that existing methods and approaches, such as soft landings or continuous commissioning, fall short exactly because they are not comprehensive enough to cover all technical and non-technical factors that influence the gap.
